LeoPicture 3.2 is a useful program that provides a convenient instrumentation for manipulating images to broad specter of customers from digital photography amateurs to web designers and scientists.

- Open and save image files in *.bmp; *.jpg; *.tif; *.gif; *.png; *.emf; *.exf; *.wmf formats.
- Enhance, correct colors, zoom, deform and paint in image.
- Select and modify part of image.
